Terms & Conditions of Business

Please read the following terms and conditions of business carefully as you will be bound by them when you join the netSuccess Professionals program.

Definitions
"Us", "Our" or "We" = The netSuccess Group
"member(s)" or "you" = A current or prospective free member of the netSuccess Professionals program promoting the netSuccess Professionals website on an affiliate basis
"website" = The netSuccess Professionals website (www.professional.netsuccesspartners.com)
"student(s)" or "student member(s)" = Professional members of the netSuccess Professionals website studying toward our Diploma in Internet Marketing qualification.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Offer
All offers made by us in relation to the netSuccess Professionals program are subject to agreement with and adherence to these terms and conditions of business.

2. The Website
The website is provided free on the condition that no links or content are changed or altered. We retain title to the website at all times.

3. Affiliate Links
Both members and students will be given their own unique website url that will act as an affiliate link. You will be awarded full credit for all students who sign up for the netSuccess Professionals qualification program via your affiliate link at a rate of $10 per month so long as they remain a professional member (i.e. paying student). No affiliate commissions will be paid for referring oneself.

4. Set Up and Membership
Set up of your website is free. Membership is free for affiliates. Students are professional members paying a fee of $50 per month throughout their qualification period. A 30 day money back guarantee is offered upon sign up as a student member that is subject to the student fulfilling the actions within the first module. All money back requests must be made after 30 days and no later than 45 days. Student membership can be terminated at anytime and it is the student member's responsibility to cancel their subscritpion with PayPal.

5. Promotion
Members are not allowed to use any form of SPAM and in particular, unsolicited email promotion to promote their netSuccess Professionals website. Any member who does so shall have their account immediately terminated and shall be liable to further legal action if our hosting services are affected as a result of such illegal activity. Any member or student who has their account terminated because of such activity shall immediately forego any commissions that are owed to them, either now or in the future. Student members who have their account terminated because of such activity shall also forego any rights to be awarded the Diploma in Internet Marketing qualification.

6. Email
Members must use and maintain an up to date and valid email address. If we try to contact you by email and it is not deliverable your account will be cancelled and all monies owed to you shall be held in obeyance for a 30 day period pending your change of email address. If we do not receive an up to date email address from you, your commissions will be forfeited. By joining as a student or affiliate member, you are agreeing to receive occasional emails from the netSuccess Group in relation to this program and ideas/resources that we think might help you. If you do not wish to receive such email correspondence, the only course of action is to cancel your account.

7. Guarantees & Warranties
While very effort has been made to ensure the quality of the website and our offering, we do not provide any guarantees or warrantees of what members will earn or for the reliability of the website up time from our hosting provider. Student members are paying for studying a qualification that has been accredited by the Experiential Learning Centre based in the United Kingdom. We do not guarantee the acceptance of this accreditation by any specific university or employer. We guarantee to provide the education programme as advertised on the website and support students throughout their studies by supplying a personal tutor. We do not guarantee students will pass the qualification as this will be dependent on satisfactory completion of coursework. We do not guarantee employment or earnings as a result of this qualification.

8. Commissions
Commissions are paid to members at the rate of $10 per month, per active student member that has been referred and continues to pay their monthly subscription. Payments are made one calendar month in arrears by PayPal. No payment shall be made if a student member invokes their claim to a 30 day money back guarantee. 

9. Variation
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions of business from time to time and both new and existing members and students agree to be bound by them.

10. Copyright
We retain the copyright of the netSuccess Professionals website we provide to members and it must not, in whole or in part, be duplicated, rented, hired or sold to third parties without our prior written and express permission. We also retain the copyright to all course materials provided to student members which must not, in whole or in part, be duplicated, rented, hired, sold, transferred or given away to third parties without our prior written and express permission.

11. Jurisdiction
The laws of the United Kingdom and in particular England and Wales shall be applied in relation to these terms and conditions of business and any disputes arising therein.

12. Service Levels
At various times during your application and membership of netSuccess Professionals we will offer a combination of free and paid services and attach an estimated service level to such services. These timeframes are for guidance purposes only. While we always strive to meet or exceed our stated service levels, there are sometimes circumstances beyond our control that prevents us doing so. If we do not meet a specified service level, we shall not be liable for any pecuniary loss whatsoever, whether perceived or otherwise.
